Hala! I'm Aysha, a certified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor with a love for movement that feels good for both body and mind. Sometimes that's a traditional Pilates flow, other times it's adding weights, picking up the pace with HIlT, or just jumping onto a viral TikTok challenge without overthinking it.For years, I chased an "ideal" body type, for the looks or the fantasy, so I always fell short. I treated fitness like a chore, until l realised it didn't have to be that way and everything changes when you change the perspective.
